Appearance[]
Norbert appears to be of Hispanic descent. He wears a pale yellow sweater underneath a white and purple sweater vest, as well as a grey scarf. He has white pants, and grey shoes. His hair is black and done as a pompadour, and he has brown eyes, and a cleft chin.
Personality[]
Very little of Norbert's personality has been shown so far, but the Question describes him as a trusted ally in his research into the deaths of the Big Three.
History[]
After the deaths of the Big Three, Norbert came into contact with the Question, and began helping him in his investigation into this event.
In Case 1: Oswald Cobblepot, Norbert acted as the Question's chaperone into the depths of Arkham Asylum where the Joker was being held.

- Norbert's position at Arkham Asylum grants him access to its various criminals, acting as a way for the Question to also access them.

- Norbert has no supernatural powers and as such is susceptible to those who do.
