Mass Effect is the Simplicitrix/Stabilized Simplicitrix's DNA sample of a Densasapien from the planet Similidem.
Appearance[]
Mass Effect is a stocky humanoid with translucent orange skin that exposes his organs, which all have the appearance of the organelles of an animal cell, complete with a large red nucleus for an eye surrounded with black DNA strands, four bright red chromosomes within his chest stemming off of the Simplicitrix symbol, and several pinkish lysosomes and ribosomes scattered throughout the rest of his body. Mass Effect has four spikes extending from the top of his head and two additional spikes on each shoulder, along with contrastingly long arms and short legs, magenta bands around his biceps, clawed digits, and a tail.
Mass Effect wears the Simplicitrix on his chest.
Powers[]
- Mass Effect can project a duplication beam from his nucleic eye that causes whatever hit to automatically split into two copies of itself, with the differences being their size being halved and their mass being doubled, similar to the nature of Alanomany's self-duplication. Compared to Zerox, Mass Effect cannot control his clones, meaning they have independent thoughts and ideas based off of the original, although he isn't restricted by the possibilities of incomplete duplications or disrupted concentration, due to it being instantaneous.
- If Mass Effect were to duplicate his created clones, the effects of his duplication beam would stack, making them a fourth the size of the original, but with four times the mass, density, and strength.
- If Mass Effect were to clone a Simplicitrix, the copies would come as slimmer, streamlined versions that can hold a much longer charge and let the user switch transformations much faster than before.
- Mass Effect has malleable anatomy and can regenerate damage as long as nearby organs remain intact.
Weaknesses[]
- Stated above, unlike Zerox, Mass Effect cannot consciously control his clones through his abilities, meaning he is best suited for only duplicating others if they are already on his side.
- Mass Effect cannot regenerate certain body parts if nearby organs are destroyed.
- Mass Effect is non-combative, although his malleability can allow him to dodge attacks.
Etymology[]
- Mass Effect's species name is a play on "density," referring to how his clones become smaller, yet more compact whenever he uses his powers on something or someone.
Trivia[]
- Mass Effect comes from the same planet as Zerox.
