Chuck Brown (primarily known as Kite-Man) serves as an antagonist in Justice League: Aftermath.
Appearance[]
Chuck is a Caucasian man with brown eyes and hair, the latter of which is entirely tucked into his green flight suit. He has a semi-transparent golden visor overtop his eyes. Yellow kite symbols are visible on his forehead and chest, with the latter being attached via brown straps to the large retractable kite worn on his back. He has brown gloves and boots, and a green belt.
Personality[]
Chuck displayed visible discomfort at being surrounded by so many other more notable villains while spending time in the Iceberg Lounge, at least until winning a round at poker.
History[]
In Case 1: Oswald Cobblepot, Kite-Man was seen in a poker game hosted by Carmine Falcone, going against the Scarecrow, the Riddler, and Calendar Man. The round depicted in the episode has him win, and proceed to shout his iconic catchphrase, "Hell Yeah!".
Powers[]
- Chuck is skilled at operating his kite glider to fly through the air. He also utilizes several trick kites when committing crimes.
- Chuck has some form of hand-to-hand combat skills, though isn't nearly as skilled at it as other criminals.

- Chuck has no supernatural powers, and is susceptible to those that do.
